Service Description

Program One: Lab Cocoa / The Chocolat Story will attend the school, discuss our journey as a small independent business  and we do within the chocolate world. Explore: Young people will learn and explore cocoa trade and plantation, looking at the cocoa pod/beans and learning their origins and how they are grown and made into chocolate. Taste: Young people will sample different chocolate and learn how to taste chocolate correctly and explore cocoa and different flavour chocolates .. Practical: The chocolate Story will provide a handcrafted chocolate bar which each young people will individually decorate with edible paints, then they  will design their own chocolate bar wrapper while discussing the marketing aspect to the consumer.  Finally, the young people  will have the opportunity to ask any Q&A  including feedback and reflection.
