Who We Are ...
My Name Is Trace Founder of The Chocolat Story since 2017. Throughout the last 7 years The Chocolat Story and Lab Cocoa workshops has ran as a family business that's grown and evolved from Unique chocolate Collections to Chocolate workshop/ experience for children, families and adults to enjoy!
Our Chocolate ...
All our chocolate fit made from rom Madagascar and Peruvian Cacao Beans. From the Cacao Tree to Rich Dark Chocolate, Silky and Smooth Milk Chocolate to Creamy White Chocolate, making unique Chocolate collections, Chocolate Bars , Little Puds and Lab Cocoa Chocolate Characters.
Our Chocolate Workshops...
We offer a wide range of Children Chocolate Workshops and Adult's Chocolate Workshops and Experiences, learning about the world of Cacao, how it is grown and produced into chocolate, exploring the art of a chocolatier's skills through painting and decorating chocolate moulds/creations to create a unique chocolate masterpiece.
We also deliver Chocolate Workshops, private Children and Adult Chocolate Parties and Educational Chocolate Workshops in-house and at schools.
Our Chocolate making workshops and Birthday gatherings are enjoyable, fun, interactive and educational.

Hooray! It’s 2025, and a thrilling new chapter awaits us as we embark on our journey to Wyber Woods, Great Coats.
Currently we’re busy relocating our chocolate equipment, plus all the infamous animals heads , piano and crazy furniture too.

Children's Chocolate Workshops are a hands-on chocolate making experience that included learning new chocolatier skills with edible coloured paints and using freshly made chocolate to make fun and interesting CHOCOLATE MASTER PIECE!.
Educational Chocolate Workshops
Lab Cocoa Educational Chocolate workshops are very important to us, we believe everyone should be educated on the world of Cacao ..... CHOCOLATE.. and what a fabulous and yummy topic ...one that will excite and engage young people and help them learn the real story how CACAO evolved and how chocolate is made today!.

Looking for a deliciously fun way to celebrate a birthday or other special events? What better way than a Children's chocolate party workshop! We provide private bookings for chocolate making workshops, where children will experiment with different ingredients, learn chocolatier skills and make their own chocolate creations.

Our girls (age 1 and 4) loved the chocolate workshop!
They decorated the chocolate moulds and labels and even tasted some yummy chocolates! They really enjoyed themselves and are so pleased with the finished product which I picked up today! All I'm hearing now is "can we eat them now" haha! Thank you so much!!

What an amazing evening I had just before Christmas with two of my closest friends.
Trace was so warm and welcoming, passionate about her business and her enthusiasm is infectious.
The chocolate… wow some of the best I’ve tasted (and there’s been a lot) and what a hot chocolate that was.
The chocolates we made impressed my family as a little pre dessert Christmas Day all hand decorated in a Christmas theme.

Well my boyfriend just tested the tiramisu little pud and he said he wants another one. I wonder if you have approached supermarkets with you chocolate? It's so unique and tastes incredible…..really puts other vegan chocolate to shame. I had to go back to Artopia and restock with the chocolate bar not even making it to the end of the road on 2 occasions. Absolutely incredible flavour

What an absolute find. We were looking for a chocolate making workshop for kids where they could just enjoy without us being there. Trace at The Chocolaty Story made that happen. Not only did they get the experience to make their own chocolate, make their own hot chocolate but they learnt loads and managed to taste test what they used!! I saw two nervous kids walk in and 2 beaming smiles walking out and it wasn’t just the sugar rush. It was the magic of Trace bringing out the best in them. Thank you you made their day. The chocolate is amazing too!!! So much so we purchased more from the shop.

Delicious chocolates that look too amazing to eat ! By far the yummiest vegan chocs I've ever tasted ! Each bite is heavenly , They make the best gifts as well! I love the quirky ideas they are always coming up with, it's always exciting to see what they'll create next!

Just had my daughters 10th Birthday here & it was amazing, her & friends said it was the best party EVER,, Tracy, husband & daughter was so accommodating it was all so organised & enjoyable from start to finish, nobody wanted to leave.. highly recommend for children & Adults, I know ill be back with my friends for a workshop too ..
